Do you do custom orders/take commissions? Or offer wholesale?

We do not do custom orders nor wholesale orders at this time. That said, we have a made-to-order option here!

Are your ceramic products dishwasher & microwave safe?

Our ceramics are dishwasher safe, but we strongly recommend hand washing to make them last longer!

Our pottery is also microwave safe, unless identified otherwise in listings.

What is the shipping procedure?

We ship via USPS within 4 business days. You will be sent a tracking number with your purchase. If you don't receive a tracking number, please contact us and we will provide you with one!

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to US and Canada at this time.

We also hope to participate in art and craft fairs in the future, specifically in Toronto and Sacramento (and possibly some other locations) where you can come visit and benefit from no shipping fees! Follow us on social media to stay up to date.

Do you accept returns? What happens if my product arrives damaged?

We do not accept returns/cancellations, but please contact us if there are any issues with your orders.

Similarly, although we carefully package & ship every order, if your product arrives damaged, please take as many photos of the damaged box and the product and send it to us at daisyostudio@gmail.com, and we will help you out.
